    满屋子的鸡汤香味

    周五下午快下班的时候和同事闲聊,知道有个农场现杀鸡鸭牛羊什么的。她说的时候还直
    咂嘴,说非常香,说她一岁的小女儿一下子就喝了两奶瓶云云。非常感兴趣,今天一早起
    来就像打冲锋,先去银行取了现金,然后直奔牧场。到那里才知道她说的要等很久是什么
    概念了,牧场外停满了车子,我挤了老半天才占到一个位子。无数多人等在里面,各个工
    序前都等了很多人,以黑人和印度人为主,大概是那些白人受不来这种血腥的场面?当然
    最初的血淋淋的场面是看不见的,在另外一个独立的屋子完成,看得见的有清除内脏,切
    割的工序。和我小时候看见的杀猪或者杀鸡不一样,那时候全是手动的,这里是半自动的
    ,用机器把牛啊羊啊的吊起来,大卸八块,然后再用机器切割成小块,还是蛮恐怖的。我
    看到四个黑人要了一只硕大无比的牛,屠宰的那个人抱怨说如果你们不要皮的话会很快,
    但是连皮带肉都要得话就又多了一道烧毛的工序。反正挺贵的,一头牛好像要650块钱。
    
    我还没有做好要牛要羊的准备,就要了鸡,自己一只,帮其他同事带了四只。回家就煮上
    ,满屋子飘香,现在已经喝上香喷喷的鸡汤啦,嗯,真鲜!早上9点半出门,下午两点半回
    来,花了整整5个小时,这只鸡吃的也是很不容易的。

    我对650刀一头牛也没有什么概念,但是今天中午和同事说起,他说还可以,以前他们家的牛卖了8000人民币的。牛皮上面已经没有毛了,估计是炖炖吃了,因为屠宰场分割的时候是连皮带肉一起割成小块的。不然还可以回去做做皮鞋什么的,哈哈

    觉得在国内蛮幸福的,至少在吃食方面。哈
    近来米国的咚咚是不是会大减价阿,650块一头牛好贵,可是牛皮买回去做甚?
